From Friday 24 to Sunday 26 January, the Smurfs will be joining the ice sculpture fun of Brussels Ice Magic for a special weekend that promises to be packed with surprises. Totally dedicated to the world of cartoons, the festival will be inviting a very special guest for the occasion: Smurfette! Plus, for the whole weekend, all visitors who come to the ticket office with a Smurf album will be offered a €2 discount on their ticket. Tintin is celebrating his 85th birthday today, 10th January, and Brussels Ice Magic – which is entirely dedicated to comic strips – is taking part in the festivities. Thus from Friday 10 January to Sunday 12 January, every visitor arriving at the ticket desk with a Tintin album will receive a €2 discount on the entrance price. On Saturday 11 January, mega-fans dressing up as one of the many Tintin characters will be allowed free entry to the ice-sculpture festival. Even ‘Snowies’ will be welcome.
