Last September, I was looking for one of the best family vacations in a low budget other than the South-east Asian countries. One of my friends suggested me to visit Middle East as the places are wonderful and it will not be too costly also. Initially I contacted their customer service and they assigned me with a tour manager who guided and helped me efficiently from the very first day. Their package cost didn’t include the Visa fees, flight charges and all the things that are mentioned clearly on their online portal. I purchased the flight tickets on my own and provided them the confirmed tickets. Their tour manager helped me out in getting our visas done very smoothly without any headache. They provided me with hotel options from their list and I chose one hotel of my choice from the list.
On arrival at Abu Dhabi International Airport, a representative from the agency greeted us and took us to our hotel. The rooms were very good and the hotel was of international standards. The breakfasts provided at the hotel were delicious. The representative was very humble and well spoken. At every point of attraction, he took the initiatives and booked entrance tickets and guided us throughout the tour and also shared with us the history of the place, the culture and how the people are in Abu Dhabi. He also suggested us to opt for optional tours to the famous Yas Water World and the Ferrari World which were worth visiting. The tour was very nicely arranged and it was so compact that we had nothing to complain.
It was a really wonderful experience at Abu Dhabi and the experience was enhanced more due to the service provided by TravelTours. I would definitely suggest others to plan their vacations with TravelTours in order to experience amazing, budget friendly trips.
